Hola Colombia and Panama

Four International Helpers completed the second leg of their visit to Subud groups in Colombia—Medellín, Cúcuta, Bucaramanga, and the Costa Caribe region (Barranquilla, Santa Marta, and Cartagena)—with an additional stop in Panama.

Accompanied throughout by the Colombian National Helpers, the IH Dewan worked closely with members of each group to strengthen unity, deepen the Latihan, and support the continued growth of Subud. Everywhere we visited, the IH Dewan was welcomed with warmth and sincerity.

Through Latihan, testing, and open conversations, members, helpers and committees explored how to deepen their Latihan, increase harmony within the groups, support the work of the helpers Dewan, and accompany the members in their spiritual development.

Although the scheduled visit to Cúcuta was cancelled due to airline issues, the Colombian National Helpers provided close support for the group.

A special highlight of the trip was the gathering of groups, where members demonstrated strong dedication to Subud and to working together. The visits concluded with joyful selamatans that reflected the unity and feeling of love among those present.

The final stop in Panama allowed the IH Dewan to meet with two recently opened young members for Latihan, testing, and sharing a meal—a meaningful opportunity to strengthen the support for Subud in the country.
